REFUND POLICY.

At SSCRA (Seigler Springs Community Redevelopment Association), we are deeply grateful for your support. Your donation helps us carry out our mission to build community resilience, support environmental stewardship, and empower grassroots leadership in Lake County and beyond.
Because SSCRA is a nonprofit organization and all contributions are considered charitable donations, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re here to help if they do.
Refund Requests
If you believe your donation was made in error, or you made an incorrect amount or duplicate donation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We’ll work with you to review and resolve the issue. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the donation date.
Automatic Recurring Donations
If you’ve signed up for a recurring monthly donation and wish to cancel or change the amount, please contact us). We can help you stop future payments or update your settings.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Tax Receipts
If you receive a refund, your donation tax receipt will no longer be valid. Please consult with your tax advisor if you’ve already filed using a refunded donation.
