Fiscal sponsorships for community resilience
To support community members in cooperating for long term resilience and prosperity, and getting the skills and resources they need, we provide fiscal sponsorships to local organizations.
We are grateful for the work of SSCRA as an anchor in our community to manage project funding for many types of necessary work in Cobb, California. This varies from recovery work after the Valley Fire National Disaster in 2015, hazardous fuels mitigation work to help prevent future fires, updating documents that are required for future funding projects, and also organization of community collaboration events. There are so many funding opportunities that our community would have missed out on if SSCRA had not been there with the structure and organizational skills to apply.
